John this was my first question too! @afontova helped me out. You can read reviews from featured pros but actually when you send them a job they do alllll the work for you.

i had a weird job I didn’t know if it was HVAC or plumbing and they actually reviewed and called their specialists to figure it out for me. So when they gave me an HVAC guy (shout out to Ryan…another awesome rec for the bay area) I was able to read his reviews but already know they spoke to him and vetted him for my job.
